Your media is stored under the strictest security requirements. Our entire company is basic protection certified according to ISO27001. This high standard extends to the storage of your media. If necessary, we guarantee delivery of your media within the shortest possible time. Our service is available to you around the clock, 365 days a day. Store your media in our high-security area in the Black Forest.

There are various ways you can store your media with us.

Delivery
Your media can be delivered to us in different ways:

If you commission us to collect your media, the collection will be carried out by our in-house security service Hartmann Security. Other pickup options are available upon request.
Return delivery
The media can be returned to the customer by the customer personally, by our security courier or by a courier or postal service commissioned by the customer.
Helicopter landing area
In an emergency case, the media can also be picked up from us by helicopter. Helicopter landing options are available for this purpose.
Explosives control
The delivered media is sporadically examined for explosives by our security team. In this way we protect our customers’ storage.
Our facility
…for the secure storage of your data
Our facility in Oberreichenbach is a special structure built as a fallout shelter against conventional and nuclear weapons. The underground building complex is surrounded by three meter thick outer walls. We have burglary protection and an emergency call system with dedicated lines to the police headquarters. Two military fence systems ensure an extremely high level of intrusion protection. There is also a fire alarm system with zone-controlled early detection with a dedicated line to the fire department. Security is rounded off by our computer-controlled access control system with people management and isolation. In addition, the entire facility is guarded and controlled by our in-house security service Hartmann Security.
